| Few books explain Bitcoin’s importance beyond price like The Bitcoin Standard. Sound money, low time preference,
| civilization built on discipline instead of debasement, aye, that book should be required reading before any man
| is allowed to vote, borrow, or print a single coin.
| But here’s a question I’ve been turnin’ over like a compass in rough seas:
| Ammous argues that once sound money takes hold, society naturally shifts toward long-term thinking, stability,
| and higher culture. I believe the monetary foundation matters deeply, but do ye think sound money alone is
| enough to overcome human obedience, comfort, and the desire to be ruled?
| Or put another way, if men are given honest money, but still crave authority, does Bitcoin change the world, or
| merely reveal it? Curious to hear how other sailors read that chapter. ⚓⚡
