I had openclaw analyse the runs of the last 4 weeks for me, create a structured csv, create a performance trenddigest and a structured workout plan for the next 8 weeks. Then I had it add my workouts to my Google calendarand created a daily routine to remind me of the daily workout every morning.All from within a Signal chat.The future is bright
