Nice guitar man! 👌I like Gibson but never owned a Gibson acoustic
Yeah, this J45 is my work horse. Just gets better with time. I was paid in this guitar from my old boss haha
I wish I could get paid in guitars!😂 or drums lol. How many guitars do you have? My only Gibson is a Les PaulStudio with a faded satin finish. It dents easier than the nitro finished guitars but your hand slides reallynicely on it!https://blossom-01.uid.ovh/1ab559cd4765c36244cd2d91c5c94374ca4e23d43e717b1ccc732b90a0efd7d7.jpeg
Beautiful guitar man! 👌
I have a Tokai Love Rock Gold Top with 2 P90. Love that guitar, Les Paul style.
Nice! Yeah Les Pauls are classic. Funny you should mention a gold top. I was literally just helping a familyfriend identify what year his Les Paul Deluxe gold top was. He bought it in 1974 and kept it in prestinecondition. The serial number puts it between a 1970-72 model. But based on other features it looks like it’s a70 or 71.https://image.nostr.build/c1fd2f424ab29acc0c57cbf8b0af4dd8a777261e40f24f107cc0be8bff141b83.jpghttps://image.nostr.build/ea5dba2ca658dc39ec1c1b281ac8b9cd89dbbb2666c48aaffa648322eb767b2a.jpg
Looks awesome! 🤯 Those are mini humbuckers, remember me a 50's model.
This is my precious 🥲https://blossom.primal.net/67a82d295fdd5925e9fd3107fcc5fa1f988159a052c2b3f920a70328ce34b926.jpg
Ooo yeah. That’s nice. Looks like those early Les Paul models from the mid 50s with the soap bar pickups. Iplayed a Les Paul jr with a p 90 and they can be powerful, even though everyone says humbuckers have more growlthan single coils. My epiphone casino has p 90s and I love it!
From Teles to Les Pauls, P90s sound incredible—creamy and thick. I'm a huge fan of that soapbar tone. 🤘
Do you have a telecaster too? I know they usually come with single coils but not p 90s. Although isn’t their adeluxe telecaster model that comes with two p 90s?
