What is your goal?

I like the older E490/E495 because it can use two common (thus cheap) full sized SSD's internally. Two disks is
essential for lightning node database safety.

The newer E14 similarly allows for two internal SSD's but there is a major drawback. It has a nvme 2280 slot
(common) but the second nvme is the short 2242 size. Those smaller drives are more rare and far more expensive
if you want larger storage capacities.

If you don't care about two drives then I highly recommend the E14 Gen 3 or later Ryzen 5 or 7. You can often
find them used for very cheap. Ryzen 5500U or higher are stupid powerful for the price. It even has a half
decent integrated GPU.
