Thank you! This is just a loose leaf blend I threw together to help with my sore throat: ginger root, slipperyelm bark, marshmallow root, fenugreek leaves, chamomile, and lavender - plus some honey in the mug
try a nettypot & clean your front door(nose & mouth) before it can take hold(further down/lungs), rinse & repeatuntil no burn(sign of virus). all the best
