| I haven't ditched it completely. I used to drink 3-4 cups everyday. Now I only |
| drink 1-2 cups on weekends. I noticed my anxiety is MUCH lower or non-existent |
| some days. I basically used coffee to hype myself and get way too absorbed by  |
| my professional work. I've been drinking a lot of herbal teas. Honey Lavender  |
| Stress Relief tea, Tension Tamer, Stress & Focus tea, Peppermint tea after     |
| dinner for better digestion, decaf black teas in the afternoon, etc. I have a  |
| rule. No caffeine after 12pm. This will help you sleep better because it takes |
| ~8 hours for your body to metabolize caffeine completely.                      |

| I also started taking 400mg of L-Theanine (you can buy it off Amazon) in the   |
| mornings to help with focus and anxiety reduction.                             |
